1. Are your solar products environmentally friendly?

2. Are your products made in the USA?

We’re proud to use products that are built here in the USA, ensuring high standards of quality and supporting local manufacturing.

3. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our programs come with a 25-year warranty and guarantee. This ensures you have peace of mind knowing your investment is protected.

4. How much will a solar panel system cost?

Every project is different and based on your property's specific needs. Therefore, the price of solar panels in New Jersey is going to vary from property to property. However, keep in mind that your monthly solar loan payment will be taking the place of your monthly electric bill. Once your solar loan is paid off, you will see additional significant savings!

5. Do I have to own my property to have solar panels installed?

Yes, if you're interested in solar panels, New Jersey states that you must own the property, unless the building owner agrees to purchase or lease a solar panel system.

6. Will it be hard to sell my property with solar panels?

If you own your solar panels, your property will sell at a premium as renewable energy systems increase property value. The solar loan will be transferred to the new owner if it's not paid off at the time of purchase.

7. Will solar panels damage my roof?

No! With a professional solar installation, NJ homeowners can trust that their roofs will be thoroughly inspected and approved for the added weight of a solar panel installation. While installation of your solar panels will require holes in the roof to affix the racking, sealants at these holes will prevent roof leaks. Once installed, solar panels provide various benefits, including protecting and preserving the portion of the roof they cover.

8. Can I go "off-grid"?

Every state has different requirements. New Jersey requires every residential property to be connected to the utility, even if you get all your power from solar panels.

9. Do I need to repair or replace my roof before installing solar?

Solar panel systems will last at least 25 years without replacement, so it's important the roof structure underneath is durable enough to support the system's lifespan. If your roof is over ten years old, our roofing experts can offer an evaluation to ensure it is in proper shape to support your new solar panel system installation. If your roof does require service, we can assist in providing a free quote and exceptional roofing repairs or
replacement as needed.

10. Will I save money by going solar?

With the ever-increasing price of utilities, solar is a clean, renewable, and affordable energy source that provides fixed payments and savings from day one! Most customers can expect to save 60-80% on their utility bills and earn rebate credits on energy that's unused each month!
